Acibadem Healthcare Group (AHG) Quality Strategy
AHG works in accordance with Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation Standards, which are developed for health sector to strengthen patient focus approach. AHG also uses European Foundation Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model to strengthen organizational approach. Because of different interpretation in clinic areas, ISO certification wasn’t prefered for all units of AHG. So ISO implementations are used for departmental certifications in Central Sterilization Units and Clinic Laboratories.
