Prof. Dr. M. Özcan Erdemli

After graduating from Istanbul University School of Medicine in 1982, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özcan Erdemli has completed his specialization education in Turkey Postgraduate Education and Research Hospital between 1985-1990. He has worked as a Research Fellow in the Pulmonary Researh Laboratory of Tulane University in New Orleans, USA between 1992-1993. He worked as the Assistant Chief of Anesthesiology and Reanimation Clinic in Turkey Postgraduate Hospital between 1993-1998, became an Anesthesiology and Reanimation associate professor in 1994 and during the time until 2012, he worked in important positions such as Director of Anesthesiology and Reanimation Clinic, Intensive Care Coordinator, Anesthesiology and Reanimation Clinic Administrator, while he worked in the Private Güven and Private Çankaya Hospitals part-time.

By 2012, he started working in the Acıbadem Ankara Hospital, has held the positions of Department Head of Anesthesia and Reanimation, also Chief Physician. He has served, and is serving in an administrative or membership capacity in significant organizations such as Turkish Anesthesia and Reanimation Association, Breast and Cardiovascular Anesthesia and Intensive Care Association, Turkish Intensive Care Association, Anesthesia and Reanimation Specialists Association, European Association of Cardiothroasic Anesthesiologists - EACTA. He has many domestic and foreign publications.
