Acıbadem Mobile Application Terms of Use

These "ACIBADEM MOBILE APPLICATION TERMS OF USE" determine the conditions for benefiting from the mobile application managed by İstanbul Acıbadem Sağlık Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş. and the relevant terms of use.

DEFINITIONS

• USER(S): The natural person who registers and logs in to ACIBADEM by accepting these ACIBADEM Terms of Use.

• PERSONAL DATA: The name, surname, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, gender information, location data, and browsing information obtained from the user for registration.

• PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA: Any operation performed on data such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying, or preventing the use of personal data.

• MOBILE APPLICATION and/or APPLICATION: The ACIBADEM mobile platform where hospitals, departments, and doctors belonging to ACIBADEM, related data, promotions, information, bulletins, advertisements, and campaigns will be published, and online appointment services will be offered.

• ACIBADEM: Refers to Acıbadem Sağlık Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş., and all its affiliates and partnerships.

SCOPE AND CONDITIONS

1. Users must install the Application on their smart mobile devices with internet access and approve the Terms of Use and privacy consents to benefit from features.

2. Users are responsible for all communication and messaging expenses incurred during the use of the mobile application.

3. The User declares that they consent to the sending of electronic and commercial messages for promotion, advertisement, announcement, and information purposes to the contact channels they provided.

4. Acıbadem reserves the right to suspend or terminate the system for technical or security reasons at any time.

5. All documents, reports, etc., published by ACIBADEM in this Application are copies of patient documents existing in ACIBADEM records and are the property of ACIBADEM.

6. The User accepts that they are responsible for the security of their access tools (mobile phone, computer) and that ACIBADEM has no responsibility for negligence in this regard.

7. In case of any dispute arising from the performance of these Terms of Use, the data stored in ACIBADEM and User records shall constitute binding and conclusive evidence.

8. These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes.

Data Storage Note: If Users register, use live support, or make appointments, the ID number, name, and health information declared will be stored on servers located abroad with all security measures taken, and there will be no access to this data outside of Acıbadem Healthcare Group.

Information and Consent Regarding Data Sharing

By accepting the "Application Terms of Use" and the "Privacy/Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Permission," you consent to the collection, storage, processing, use, and transfer of your personal data by İstanbul Acıbadem Sağlık Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş. for the purpose of providing various advantages and sending commercial electronic messages (ads, sales, marketing, surveys).

This personal data will be shared with İstanbul Acıbadem Sağlık Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş., its affiliates, and domestic and/or international third parties with whom we have a contractual relationship for the same purposes.

Users have the right to learn whether their data is being processed, request correction of errors, or request deletion within the framework of the law (KVKK Art. 11).
