With this partnership, three hospitals and six dental clinics under Bayındır will now operate under the “Acıbadem-Bayındır” brand. Through this acquisition, 80% of Bayındır Healthcare Group — a long-standing contributor to the provision and development of quality healthcare services in Turkey — has been transferred to Acıbadem, one of the leading healthcare providers in the country. As a result, Acıbadem now operates 19 hospitals in Turkey and 25 healthcare facilities worldwide.

At the signing ceremony, İşbank CEO Hakan Aran emphasized Turkey’s growing global role in healthcare tourism, underpinned by the rapid growth of the private healthcare sector over the past two decades. Aran noted that healthcare is regarded not merely as an investment field but as a strategic priority for improving quality of life:
