Acıbadem City Clinic Mladost Hospital was opened in Sofia in late 2015.

Acıbadem City Clinic Mladost Hospital started cooperating with all departments of Acıbadem Hospitals located in five countries in 2016, after City Clinic Group and Tokuda Group were acquired by Acıbadem Healthcare Group.

Together with Vitosha, Acibadem City Cinic Mladost Hospital is the only hospital in Bulgaria accredited with the highest standard for quality and patient safety granted by Joint Commission International.

An Area Of 10 Thousand m²

Acıbadem City Clinic Mladost Hospital has an 8-storey building on an area of 10, 000 m2 area in total. There are 54 beds in the hospital.

Medical Devices

Diagnostic imaging devices of the hospital include 3D tomosyntetic digital mammography, 4D Breast Sonography, EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasonography), Tomotherapy HDA, Spect CT, PET-CT and Whole Body MRI. Radiotherapy methods such as TrueBeam STx and Brachytherapy are used in treatment of cancer.

Medical Departments

Cancer treatment is dealt by departments of Medical Oncology, Radiotherapy and Radiosurgery, Nuclear Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging, Clinic Pathology and Medical Genetics.

Non-medical support services such as rehabilitation and psychological treatment are also available for patients and their families.

Diagnosis, staging and treatment services are available in Medical Oncology Department of Acıbadem City Clinic Mladost Hospital, while all solid tumors are followed up. The department also offers chemotherapy, hormone therapy, immunotherapy and targeted treatment. Outpatient and inpatient chemotherapy units exist in the hospital.

Medical Genetics and Clinical Pathology work in cooperation and collaboration to select best diagnostic and therapeutic approach.
