Acquired by Acıbadem Healthcare Group on February 12, 2023, Kent Hospital delivers patient-centered services in imaging units equipped with state-of-the-art imaging devices, specialized laboratories, operating theaters with medical technology and intensive care units. 

Indoor Area of of 40 thousand sqm

Kent Hospital started its healthcare service journey in Çiğli district of İzmir in 2004. The hospital uses up-to-date technology to deliver many specialized treatments to patients in many disciplines, including but not limited to aortic surgery and cranial surgery to organ transplantation and oncological surgery in an indoor area of 40 thousand square meters.

Oncology Center

Kent Hospital gathered all cancer-related healthcare services under one roof, the Kent Oncology Center, in 2019. Medical oncology, radiation oncology, nuclear medicine and oncological surgery services are delivered in the center. 

Covering an indoor area of 18 thousand square meters, Kent Oncology Center has education, training and cooperation agreement with Houston Methodist Hospital, one of the pioneering healthcare facilities in the U.S. in the field of cancer. This cooperation not only  provides the patients with opportunity of second opinion about their treatment, but it also creates joint treatment protocols and quality standards. 

Best treatment methods are determined for patients through support of Houston Methodist’s multidisciplinary teams, including direct coordination of education, training and patient care.
